5 Things Everyone in Practice Needs to Know

Free Webinar hosted by VetEducation along with ColourfulCPD

We all know that each of the 4 roles (vets, nurses, receptionists and management) within practice needs to contribute to certain pre-defined outcomes in different ways. This session will look at the 5 critical things that every role in veterinary practice needs to know and do in order for this to happen.

Every veterinary practice needs to achieve 4 outcomes:

  • Good clinical outcomes
  • Good client satisfaction outcomes
  • Good financial outcomes
  • Good team outcomes

Join Brian Faulkner of Colourful CPD in this special free-to-attend session with VetEducation to learn how you can identify strategies to meet these needs in your clinical practice!
