Summary

Chemotherapy is an integral part of many cancer treatment plans for pets with cancer. While the oncologist develops the treatment plan, the veterinary technician commonly handles the administration, client communication and daily management of chemotherapy appointments. This webinar will provide a brief overview of common chemotherapy agents available for administration in the general practice setting and dive heavily into safety practices necessary for the handling of chemotherapeutic agents.
