About the Webinar
Ashley will be giving a presentation on post-operative physiotherapy in the inpatient setting. The presentation is aimed to give you an understanding of what postoperative physiotherapy is an give you an overview of the basics and what you can do for your post-operative patients while they are in hospital recovering from surgery.

Ashley Young
BHSc (Physiotherapy); PGDip (Veterinary Physiotherapy)
Ashley Young is one of the lead physiotherapists at Veterinary Specialists Aotearoa and has been working as VSA since 2018. Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science specialising in Physiotherapy from AUT University in 2012. She then went on to study her PGDip in Veterinary Physiotherapy at the University of Liverpool and graduated in 2018.
She loves pre and post operative rehabilitation, especially neurological rehabilitation with dogs and also any form of cat physiotherapy. Ashley has ridden horses all her life and spends her time outside of work with her 3 horses – Sue, Willow and Spysi as well as a three legged cat called Larry.
