Dr Melissa Kozaruk

BVSc. Hons (Syd)

Melissa is the hospital director and lead veterinarian at EHVH. Melissa graduated with first class honours from the University of Sydney in 2012 and has been a part of the EHVH team ever since. Her interests include clinical leadership and staff development, emergency medicine, soft tissue surgery and canine reproduction. Melissa is an accredited Stress Free Veterinary Professional with Stress Free Pets.

Melissa has undergone further surgical training and mentoring to be able to perform brachycephalic airway surgery at EHVH. Melissa has also completed further post graduate training in soft tissue surgery, emergency medicine and endocrinology through Massey University, New Zealand. She enjoys learning and is currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Abdominal Ultrasound through Melbourne University.
